We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from Columbus, Ohio within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping rates
- Standard: $6.99
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $49 or more
- Express: $15.00

Your shipping cost and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, or it arrived damaged, email info@mortapet.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
