When will my order ship?

We pack and ship every order from Columbus, Ohio within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99, and it's free on orders of $49 or more. Express shipping is $15. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@mortapet.com to start a return and we'll send you a return shipping label. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. See our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or it's the wrong item. What do I do?

Please check your order when it arrives and email info@mortapet.com right away with your order number and a photo. We'll look into it and make it right.

Are your plush toys good for heavy chewers?

No. Our plush toys are made for gentle play, carrying, and cuddling. Always supervise play and take away any toy that gets torn.

How do I choose a leash thickness?

Thinner rope is lighter and better for small dogs. Thicker rope is sturdier for bigger, stronger dogs. Not sure? Email info@mortapet.com with your dog's size and we'll help you pick.
